REUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.
RETURN POLICY

Customers are not allowed to try on, wear, style, adjust or cut lace extensions.

If your lace extensions are not to your liking you may exchange them.

Lace extensions must be returned with all tags and original packaging.

Customers are given a 5 day period from the day they receive the item to make a return.

For a return customers must immediately call in to state they wish to return an item and to get their return authorized

All returns must be pre-authorized. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customers expense

No Return on ANY adhesives
SHIPPING

To ensure customer protection and to avoid fraudulent lost claims we require a signature for all deliveries.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Express shipping is available for orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (Central) on normal business days

Overnight shipping is not available in all areas
LOST ITEMS

All purchases will be insured upon shipping. If your item is lost in transit(the carrier lost it before delivering it to you), it will
be replaced once a claim is placed with the carrier.
