REUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.

RETURN POLICY

  • Customers are not allowed to try on, wear, style, adjust or cut lace extensions.
  • If your lace extensions are not to your liking you may exchange them.
  • Lace extensions must be returned with all tags and original packaging.
  • Customers are given a 5 day period from the day they receive the item to make a return.
  • For a return customers must immediately call in to state they wish to return an item and to get their return authorized
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customers expense
  • No Return on ANY adhesives

SHIPPING

  • To ensure customer protection and to avoid fraudulent lost claims we require a signature for all deliveries.
  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Methods: FedEx UPS DHL
  • Express shipping is available for orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (Central) on normal business days
  • Overnight shipping is not available in all areas

LOST ITEMS

  • All purchases will be insured upon shipping. If your item is lost in transit(the carrier lost it before delivering it to you), it will be replaced once a claim is placed with the carrier.
